The successfully launching for 47000DWT bulk carrier

On the morning of May 17, the 47000DWT bulk carrier "Zhongxingda 69" built by our factory for Zhejiang Zhongyi Shipping Co., Ltd. was successfully launching.
The ship is designed by Shanghai Hanshun Ship Design Co., Ltd., with a total length of 189.98m, a molded width of 31.00m, a molded depth of 15.40m, a draft of 10.95m, a design speed of 12 knots, a main engine power of 5400kW, and a endurance of 6000 nautical miles.
As the first ship among the four similar ships in our factory, the 47000 DWT bulk carrier overcame various difficulties and adverse effects of the epidemic situation with the joint efforts of the whole factory. It took only 10 months from steel plate cutting to launching, creating a new record for our factory. At present, the mechanical and electrical commissioning of the ship is in progress and is expected to be delivered to the shipowner next month.
