Secretary of District Party Committee Visited Shipyard to Conduct the Work of Fire Safety

On August 12, Lin Qiang, Secretary of District Party Committee led a team to conduct the work of fire safety. He listened to the work report on welding and hot work, and asked the shipyard to further strengthen the fire safety management; he pointed out that shipyard should intensify efforts in law enforcement to the illegal welding operations, encrypt the frequency of law enforcement, and severely punish illegal behavior such as going on his post without certificate.
According to the instruction of Secretary Lin Qiang, the shipyard immediately carry out a new round of fire safety hazards investigation work，and strictly prohibit employees from illegal operations and also prohibit unlicensed personnel from hot work, in order to effectively promote the standardization and institutionalization of safety management of hot work, and to provide a solid guarantee for the safe and solid development of the shipyard.
