Jointly Building and Improving Each Other Through Joint Learning, Shared Growth and Promoting Development Through Connectivity

In order to deeply implement the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, innovate work platform and improve the work of party construction, further consolidate thematic education learning, to achieve resource share in party construction, bring about a new pattern in party building of mutual assistance and bidirectional promotion, on September 8, 2023, the parties of Haidong Shipyard and department of motor of No.711 research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd signed joint learning and construction agreement.
After signing agreement, both sides conducted party construction exchanges, joint technical learning, and discussion on deepening associative mechanism of party building, and put forward new idea for business development.
Secretary of department of motor of No.711 research institute of China Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd Cao Jian introduced their party committee’s bright point of work, shared experience that it was a good way to transfer theoretical knowledge to feature accord with itself through party building activity, so as to boost business and economic development. He pointed out that common development was an effective way to strengthen community party organization building, so business seminars and technical training would be conducted regularly in future. He expressed hope promoting long-term cooperation through this opportunity, so as to commonly strengthen cohesion and competence.
Secretary of State-owned Haidong Shipyard Li Yanggang expressed gratitude for always support of No.711 research institute. He reviewed quest for combining party building work with production organically under shipyard party’s guidance in recent years, and expressed hope that further broadening new idea and mode of party construction by co-construction for both sides. He expected to develop cooperation at a higher level and in greater depth through, to promote shipbuilding industry development in the fields of intelligentialize, refinement, Green Ship and new energy.
In meeting, both sides carried out technical exchange about cooperation on new shipbuilding project such as power system, frequency shaft, comprehensive energy efficiency promotion, etc.
On September 9th, party members participated in joint learning and construction activity went to Dachen Islands, visited Dachen Islands wasteland-reclamation monument, the Taiwan compatriots museum of literature and history, etc. Followed in the steps of forerunners to learn wasteland-reclamation, party members learned from the spirit of hardworking and enterprising, selflessness, innovation, they have said they would incarnate the spirit of Dachen Islands wasteland-reclamation into job.
This was the first time for shipyard party committee and party organization outside Zhejiang province to carry out joint learning and construction activity. The shipyard would take this opportunity to further enhance their exchanges and cooperation for both sides through high quality party construction, to bring about a new pattern of joint learning and construction to improve each other, connectivity and shared growth to promote development.
