In order to deepen the Xijinping’s theme education of learning and implementing the socialist ideology with Chinese characteristics in the new era, and promote the deep integration of party building and business work, on July 25th, the Communist Party of China Haidong Shipyard Committee, the Party Branch of China Classification Society Zhejiang Branch for Drawing Review, and the Party Branch of China Classification Society Zhejiang Branch Taizhou Office signed a joint learning and construction agreement.
After the agreement was signed, the three parties exchanged opinions on party building work, ship drawing review, ship construction, ship inspection, personnel training, and other aspects.
One of the important purposes of the joint construction activities proposed by Secretary Zhenggaozhong is to promote work through learning. To ensure the stability of the talent team in enterprises, enterprises must make great efforts in cultivating and retaining talents, attach importance to their self-learning and understanding abilities, and cultivate their good mentality and work ability. At the same time, he hopes that the drawing reviewers can integrate theory with practice, further improve their technical level through on-site learning, in order to provide better services for the shipyard.
Secretary Wu Xiaoming affirmed the significant economic performance achieved by Haidong Shipyard in recent years, pointing out that this joint learning and construction will help break down communication barriers among the three parties and improve their work efficiency. He hopes that Haidong Shipyard can adhere to integrity and innovation, adhere to problem oriented, and gradually develop. CCS Taizhou Office will provide comprehensive technical support and high-quality services to shipyards based on practical work, assisting in solving difficult problems encountered by shipyards in ship inspection and new technologies and processes.
Secretary Li Yanggang warmly welcomed the two party branches of CCS Zhejiang Branch that participated in the joint construction of the university, and also expressed sincere gratitude for the guidance and support CCS has provided to our shipyard in ship inspection business and technology. He briefly introduced the achievements of party building work achieved by Haidong Shipyard in recent years, as well as some problems encountered in practical work. He hoped that the three parties could promote each other's party building and business work through joint learning and construction, further strengthen technical exchanges, and assist the shipyard in achieving technological improvement.
After the meeting, accompanied by Secretary Li Yanggang, Secretary Zhenggaozhong, Secretary Wu Xiaoming, and participating party members jointly came to the project construction site and visited the project engineering situation on site.
That afternoon, the three parties held discussions and exchanges on promoting high-quality development of the shipbuilding industry, promoting ship navigation safety, and ocean cleanliness.
The joint learning and co construction activity has received good results with the high attention and strong support of the tripartite party organizations.
Our shipyard will take the signing of the joint learning and co construction agreement as an opportunity to further strengthen the leading role of the party organization, promote the mutual integration and complementarity of party building work and enterprise development, improve the core competitiveness of the enterprise, and promote high-quality development of the enterprise.
