Experts from the Provincial Development Planning Research Institute Visited Our Shipyard

On August 19, Qin Shili, Chief Expert of the Provincial Development Planning Research Institute, and Qiu Huanqing, Deputy Director of the Municipal Bureau of Marine Economic Development and their delegation visited our shipyard to conduct research on the 15th Five-Year Plan for marine economy development.
During the visit, head of the factory introduced the development of factory in recent years, he mainly introduced three major breakthroughs revolves around innovative practice in marine economy. First, digital transformation: comprehensively deploying the digital management platform integrated with grade of weather risks, to establish an intelligent monitoring system covering the whole production process; Second, production environment optimization: converting exposed construction site into indoor shipbuilding shop to ensure quality and stability of block, reduce safety hazards of high-altitude operations and bad weather impacts on production. Third, environmental technology upgrade: there are substantial breakthrough in areas such as integrated electric propulsion system, unattended engine room technology for ship equipment, and environment protection and energy conservation, which is in line with the green and low-carbon development trend of marine economy.
This research provides reference for formulating the province's 15th Five-Year Plan for marine economy. The shipyard will continue to innovate and explore in the marine economy in the next step, and actively integrate into the course of province's development to contribute to the high-quality advancement of our province's marine economy.
