In order to earnestly implement the spirit of Mayor Wu Xiaodong's speech on environmental protection supervision, boost the production development and technological innovation of enterprises, and explore a new path of transformation, in the first ten days of September, our factory held a mobilization conference to make arrangements for the emancipation of the mind of the whole factory.
Li Yanggang, the director of the shipyard, stressed the importance of the emancipation of the mind discussion, and asked the cadres and staff of the factory to express their views around the theme of ecological green development, cadres and staff to take on the role, improve the production efficiency of the enterprise and the new round of tough manufacturing action, with the goal of promoting the quality and efficiency of all work, broaden their thinking, and use their ideas to break the cocoon to find the way to break the enterprise development.
Next, on the basis of in-depth analysis of its own development opportunities and existing problems, the shipyard will make use of its strengths and avoid its weaknesses, formulate effective development plans, and translate the results of the emancipation of the mind discussion into practical actions to promote the transformation and development of enterprises, so as to accelerate the leapfrog development of enterprises to collectivization.
